Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research work is to study the integral development of children between four and six years of age, seeking an in-depth study of the permanent process that the child goes through in order to consolidate more complex cognitive activities. The objective of the research is to know how the integral development of children of the aforementioned ages occurs, for the development the following methods were used: deductive, synthetic, statistical and hermeneutic, obtaining the respective answers through bibliographic research and the application of the comprehensive development test of children from four to six years old. Thus, the conclusion is reached as to how the childhood stage is the most important for acquiring the main knowledge that will affect a future life; furthermore, thanks to this study it is evident how teachers must understand the complicated process that children go through, be it this: cognitive, language, social or psychomotor. Finally, it should be mentioned that in this degree work a methodological strategy is proposed which will help to recognize the importance of recreational activities in the teaching process and improve the online planning that the whole world is going through due to the health situation.
