| Zusammenfassung: | Abstract: The nursing process is currently defined as a critical thinking process based on the scientific method, which nurses use to apply the best available evidence to their care and promote human functions and responses to health anddisease. The objective includes analyzing the nursing care process for the critical patient, from the perspectives of nursing theories, as a guarantee of quality. This review was conducted in consideration of the Cochrane Handbook and the PRISM guidelines. Three screenings were carried out with reading of titles, abstracts, complete reading of articles. The initial search located 60 articles that were leaked according to the research question, nursing theories applied to critical patients, by reading title and abstract, selected rum 50 articles to be evaluated, finally leaving a total of ten studies. Nursing fosters humanized care by allowing care to be focused on the patient-family,guiding to understand vulnerability, and to be aware of the implications of moral decisions that are made in favor of the patient. |
| Beschreibung: | Resumen: El proceso de enfermería actualmente se define como un proceso de pensamiento crítico fundamentado en el método científico, que utilizan los enfermero/as para aplicar las mejoras evidencias disponibles a sus cuidados y promover las funciones humanas y las respuestas a la salud y la enfermedad. El objetivo comprende en analizar el proceso de atención de enfermería al paciente crítico, desde las perspectivas de las teorías de enfermería, como garantía de calidad. La presente revisión se realizó en consideración al Manual Cochrane y las pautas de PRISMA. Se realizó tres cribados con lectura de títulos, resúmenes, lectura completa de artículos. La búsqueda inicial se localizaron 60 artículos que fueron objeto de filtración conforme a la pregunta de investigación, teorías de enfermería aplican a los pacientes críticos, mediante la lectura de título y resumen, seleccionaron 50 artículos para ser evaluados, finalmente quedando un total de diez estudios. Las enfermeras fomentan los cuidados humanizados permitiendo centrar el cuidado en el paciente-familia, orientando a comprender la vulnerabilidad, y ser consciente de las implicaciones de las decisiones morales que se toman a favor del paciente. |
