Desenvolvimiento de la Comisión Interamericana para la protección de los derechos humanos con énfasis en la violencia contra la mujer en tiempos de pandemia

Abstract

Abstract: The central theme covers the "Development of the Inter-American Commission for the protection of Human Rights with emphasis on violence against women in times of pandemic." It will study how to analyze the regulations that support the actions of the Inter-American Commission in the Inter-American Human Rights System, being important to identify the recommendations issued by the IACHR to address violence directly related to women and the family, and thus carry out a follow-up and investigation of the responsibility and compliance that the States parties have had during all this time. To determine the investigated results, the scientific method was used, a tool to solve the aforementioned points, from which the following are derived: analytical, deductive, inductive and qualitative, and a matrix made from the pronouncements of the IACHR, as well as interviews with experts on the subject, it is finally concluded that Ecuador has complied with the various pronouncements of the Commission, but partially, leaving a way to build and make effective around the recognition of the human rights of women.
