Abstract

Abstract: This investigative work proposes an analysis of the reality in which the region is currently immersed due to the Venezuelan migratory crisis, mainly in our country Ecuador, as well as in sister countries such as Peru and Colombia. The problem is about the reasons that led Venezuela to become a country plunged into constant decline and because International Humanitarian Law represents an important front for action. The role of the international community in relation to what happens in Venezuela, the measures taken in our country in relation to the migratory flow of Venezuelan nationals, the scope and the real mitigation obtained through them is another of the axes to be analyzed in this research. In the same way, Comparative Law between contingent plans assumed by the region in Peru and Colombia specifically. Likewise, the influence that the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) represent in terms of education of people in conditions of Human mobility in Ecuador is observed.
