Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de derecho y su vinculación con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: This work aims to know the areas of legal knowledge preferred by the Law School student and identify if they are transcendent to respond to new social demands, social coresponsibility and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). It was carried out online, using digital resources provided by the UTPL. The research is theoretical-deductive and socio-legalexploratory-projective. The techniques applied are the study of sentences by means of the registration by means of the systematic method, the method of analysis and synthesis and the exegetical method. The selected sentence is No. 11-18-CN / 19 (equal marriage), issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador which is related to ODS No. 5, which revolves around the subject of preference, Human rights and Constitutional right. It is divided into four chapters, the first corresponds to the Literature Review, a critical, purposeful and reflective analysis is developed on the SDG. In the second, the methodology used is defined, in the third, the results obtained are presented, and in the fourth chapter, the pertinent discussion is carried out.
