Abstract:The Sustainable Development Goals become the way to achieve development patented in the concept of a technical and rational guide where economic, social and environmental conditions become a commitment to action, innovation and participation of private actors and civil society.With the study of this research, it has been tried to link academic preferences with the study of sentences, according to methodologically valid guidelines to examine legal phenomena from different perspectives and identify, in various dimensions, shortcomings and limitations of a cultural, ideological, structural and social order. The investigated data is intended to improve the skills of the future lawyer, and corroborate whether the legal knowledge that has been linked to global social agendas and national public policies contribute to building a more just and democratic society. In the discussion of the research, the changes at the academic and professional level in relation to the study and exercise of the selected subject, the situational status of the national public policy to contribute to the fulfillment of the ODS, and the contribution of the judicial decision adopted were analyzed. in the sentence.
