Abstract

Abstract: The Romerillos Bajo neighborhood has the need to have access a low-cost internet, currently no provider or ISP can brind they this service, nor do they have a cell phone coverage due to the mountainous relief, for this reason it requires a solution for this problem. Through this research, information was collected from the place as well the (Instituto Nacional de Estadisticas y Censos) INEC to know thoroughly the main needs as for the access of internet, for this we proposed the design of a data network, to link several providers who might be interested to provide this service to the inhabitants of the neighborhood and thus facilitate access to new information Technology ICT. In addition, it worked in the budget and the possible financing of the necessary equipment and tools, through managements that can be done and pose to institutions, who have direct competition over this place. To finally execute this project through public-private agreements.
