Abstract

Abstract: This academic work makes a contribution on the knowlwdge of the Sustainable Development Goals established in the ONU 2030 Agenda, it contains 17 objetives for the States parties to work according to them, establishing goals and objetives that provide Protection to the human being to nature and allow the sustainable development of the contries it espedifically focuses on one of tne ODSlinked to the selected subject, that is, objetive No 16, which deals with peace, justice and having solid intitutions, which is relatesd to the caese of García Ibarra ve Ecuator, Where the rulling of the Iter-American Court of Human Rights (CIDH) determined the violation of human rights, leavening a jurisprudential proceden ton the abuse of pólice authority, the death of adolecents, murder, crimes against life, right to life, extrajudicial execution, executions, homicide, violent death, pólice violation of human rights: topics that are approached and analyzed being a contribution for other investigations that have or share the same interest to come.
