Abstract

Abstract: The development of this study aims to carry out a theoretical and documentary deepening for the analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), emphasizing number 16 that refers to peace, justice and solid institutions according to the criteria of the United Nations Organization within the framework of the 2030 Agenda, which was configured to achieve a world in which the fundamental human rights of all people are not only recognized but also respected. In this case, a review of the literature is made that will allow understanding the importance of the SDGs, their achievements and link with other topics of global interest, emphasizing number 16 related to peace and justice, their protected rights, as well as the legal references of such rights are presented in this section to contribute to their understanding. In order to reduce the social gaps and differences that exist between people, and must be fully applied since all these SDGs are linked to one another with a single purpose.
