Abstract

Abstract:This degree work addresses the topic of creating a mobile Application to Recommend Loja Tourist Sites, which is supported by the Artificial Intelligence area. The main purpose is to implement a recommender model based on the data collected and that at the same time allows helpingthe tourism sector of the province. Two methodologies were established for the development of the project, for the creation of the model, CRISP-DMand SCRUM were used for the deployment of the application.The system begins with a bibliographic investigation of related works, continuing with the compression, preparation, modeling and evaluation phases of the trained model, in order to develop a hybrid recommender system (Collaborative and Demographic Filtering), which allowed obtaining favorable results by means of the metric evaluation, with a precision of 1,016 in the predictions and 98,735% in the recommendations obtained.The model was deployed within a web application, using the client-server architecture. Finally, the conclusions, recommendations and appendices corresponding to the development process are presented.
