| Abstract: | Abstract:The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) were proposed with the aim of reducing social inequalities and guaranteeing the sustainability of the current and future generations through joint actions of international organizations, public and private entities and citizens in general. Therefore, the present research is part of a UTPL project that seeks to create coresponsibilities for compliance with the SDGs, for this, the analysis of a sentence carried out and it linked to one of the SDGs. A judgment selected in which a constitutional guarantee used as a legal instrument, which is why SDG 16 analyzed, which has as its goal peace, justice and inclusiveness. The results show that the jurists are unaware of the nature of the legal instruments, furthermore, that haste is not a characteristic of the Ecuadorian judicial system, however and the protection of rights lacks temporality. |
| Description: | Resumen: Los Objetivos del desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) se plantearon con el objetivo de disminuir las desigualdades sociales y garantizar la sostenibilidad de la generación actual y las futuras mediante acciones conjuntas de organismos internacionales, entidades públicas, privadas y ciudadanos en general. Por lo que, la presente investigación es parte de un proyecto de la UTPL que busca crear corresponsabilidades para el cumplimiento de los ODS, para ello se realiza el análisis de una sentencia y se vincule con uno de los ODS. Se seleccionó una sentencia en la que se utiliza como instrumento jurídico una garantía constitucional por lo que se analiza el ODS 16, que tiene como meta la paz, la justicia y la inclusividad. Los resultados muestran que los juristas desconocen la naturaleza de los instrumentos jurídicos, además, que la premura no es una característica del sistema judicial del Ecuador, sin embargo, la protección de los derechos carece de temporalidad. |
