| Zusammenfassung: | Abstract: This text explores some philosophical and ethical concepts about otherness and human relations in order to analyze a selection of fictional stories from the anthology Jerusalem in The Andes: Los herederos by Jorge Dávila Vázquez, Las palomas de Patricia by Yaron Avitov and Dos viejas señoras by Santiago Páez. For this, the contribution of Franz Rosenzweig, Martin Buber and Emmanuel Levinas is synthesized with the aim of offering a possible reading of these stories based on how "the other" is represented and conceived on them. Reading and analyzing these stories will allow us to perceive the difficulty of accepting and recognizing the other as such, being otherness an intrinsic problem of our humaneness. |
| Beschreibung: | Resumen: En este texto se exploran algunos conceptos filosóficos y éticos sobre la alteridad y las relaciones humanas con el objetivo general de analizar una selección de relatos de ficción de la antología Jerusalén en Los Andes: Los herederos , de Jorge Dávila Vázquez; Las palomas de Patricia , de Yaron Avitov y Dos viejas señoras , de Santiago Páez. Para ello se sintetiza el aporte de Franz Rosenzweig, Martin Buber y Emmanuel Levinas con el afán de ofrecer una lectura posible de estos cuentos a partir de cómo está representado y concebido en ellos el otro . La lectura y análisis de estos cuentos nos permitirá vislumbrar la dificultad de aceptar y reconocer al otro como tal, siendo la otredad una problemática intrínseca a nuestra cualidad humana. |
