Implicaciones laborales de la COVID-19 en la realidad ecuatoriana

Abstract

Abstract: This degree work is based on the employment consequences that the arrival of covid-19 has left mainly in our country and in some countries inSouth America and Europe. In chapter I the definitions of various authors of the employment contract are analyzed, as well as the subjects involved in it as well as the labor obligations that the employer and worker have, to conclude the chapter examines the ways to terminate the contract in our legislation. Is an analysis of the third chapter of the measures to support the sustainability of employment of the Organic Law of Humanitarian Support, the recommendations made by the International Labor Organization (ILO) are analyzed. Presents an analysis comparing the measures adopted by Ecuador with countries such as Colombia, Chile and Spain. Topics such as unemployment, telecommuting and the working day are analyzed. In the chapters IIthe application of methods and techniques used in the research is carried out,the surveys carried out with employers and workers and finallyin the chapterIIIanalysis and discussion of the results that the surveys raised.
