dc.description	Resumen:Este artículo analiza los estándares de la consulta previa desarrollados por la jurisprudencia interamericana, con especial referencia al caso Sarayacu vs. Ecuador, así como la divergencia existente entre esos estándares y el derecho interno ecuatoriano. En lo principal, el artículo evidencia que en el derecho infra-constitucional persisten anomias y contradicciones, respecto de los estándares interamericanos, que también han sido acogidos por la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: This article analyzes the standards of prior consultation developed by inter-American jurisprudence, with special reference to the case of Sarayacu v. Ecuador, as well as the existing divergence between those standards and Ecuadorian domestic law. In the main, the article shows that in infra-constitutional law anomies and contradictions persist, with respect to inter-American standards, which have also been accepted by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador.	es_ES
