Abstract

Abstract: The joint work and the union of inter-institutional efforts from the government, public and private institutions, civil society in general, in the face of global challenges that are progressively intensifying, regarding unemployment, gender violence, poverty, conflicts of peace, justice, inequality, climate change, degradation of natural resources, the 2030 agenda on sustainable development is approved, with 17 objectives whose goals aim to guarantee an environment where human beings enjoy well-being and peace, in harmony with the environment and society in general. The effects caused by the health emergency caused by the COVID-19 virus, where the fundamental rights inherent to man, protected by the supreme norm that governs Ecuador, the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, have been strongly impacted, the present study, dedicates its efforts to the analysis of access to the fundamental right of work, in the face of external challenges and the efforts of the different States to put an end to global challenges.
