Abstract: | Abstract: In the present investigation, the femicides in Ecuador were analyzed during the COVID-19 pandemic in the period 2020 -2021, a problem that is being experienced daily worldwide, such as femicide, this social problem did not stop during the pandemic , which alerted us as a society, presenting itself as a challenge for the justice of the victims and family members. The cases of Femicides in Ecuador that emerged during the COVID -19 pandemic were identified, I analyzed femicide from the legal, doctrinal and jurisprudential point of view, as is the case of Karina de Pozo, identifying the causes that increased femicides in Ecuador. The inequality and sexysm in which this type of crime results in Ecuador, the results are that in Ecuador during the pandemic every 44 hours there is a violent death against women and this has not stopped. The State must make improvements in public policies since the management of cases of violence against women has not been optimal. |

Se identificólos casos de Femicidios en Ecuador surgidos durante la pandemia de COVID -19, se analizó el femicidio desde el punto de vista legal, doctrinario y jurisprudencialcomo es el caso de Karina delPozo, identificandolas causas que incrementan los femicidios en Ecuador.La desigualdad y el machismo en la cual da resultados este tipo de delitos en Ecuador, las estadísticas muestranque,en Ecuadordurante la pandemia, cada 44 horas ocurre una muerte violenta hacia la mujer y esto no se ha detenido. El Estado debe realizar mejoras en políticas públicas ya que el manejo de los casos de violencia hacia la mujer no ha sido de la manera más optima. |
