Abstract

Abstract: The present investigative work was carried out with the objective of analyzing the inclusive practices carried out by early childhood education teachers to promote sustainable learning in the context of the pandemic, referring to the methodology, it is with the qualitative design to carry out the respective analysis of the information Once achieved, the study was exploratory, regarding the instruments, the interview was used to identify the experiences of three teachers of the initial level who work in the Fiscal Missionary Educational Unit of the Catamayo canton, province of Loja. It was concluded by highlighting that the teachers use the ATRIO model, although they do not know the model in depth; however, they carry out an active educational process, oriented towards the inclusion of the student, reinforce interpersonal relationships with students and parents, make use of technology considering the changes in the current environment caused by the COVID-19 virus pandemic. 19; That is why it is important that teachers carry out training and updates so that they learn about new models and approaches within the educational process. It is recommended to study the capabilities of the ATRIUM in greater depth.
