Abstract

Abstract: Research is a very important substantive function in a Higher Education Institution (HEI) because it contributes to local, regional or country development in different fields, in addition, it involves teachers and students, allowing them to train professionals with investigative qualities that contribute to society and enrich themselves with knowledge. To achieve this, it is necessary to resort to good reading and writing habits. Therefore, the present work was developed with the objective of involving the actors of the educational community of the Luis Tello Higher Technological Institute in the elaboration of digital technical books based on investigations carried out in the province of Esmeraldas for their own use, whose first This phase is addressed in this document and consisted of the feasibility study, in which it is indicated that it is feasible to implement said project for the savings of $100 dollars that it represents for the teachers and students of the institute to obtain these books from external sources.
