Abstract

Abstract: The present degree project entitled "Academic preferences of Law students and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of sentences ", has as a problem the improper application of art. 450, numerals 1 and 5 of the Penal Code that deals with the crime of murder with malice aforethought, the impossibility for the victim to defend himself, and the lack of motivation stipulated in art. 76.7.I) of the CRE, to solve it, sentence number 1921-201 and the SDGs were analysed. As a conclusion of the research it is verified that the hypothesis is negative since the examined sentence is aligned with the expectations of the graduates, since it enables them to understand the correct application of the legal norms and the adequate motivation to issue judgments. And as a primary recommendation of the present research is the following: UTPL students can verify specific adherence to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the web portal of the FARO Group, given the challenge of searching for data on government portals.
