Abstract: To enrich and strengthen the analysis of the sentence related to the crime of murder In the context of SDG No. 16, it is essential to delve into several aspects. First, a detailed analysis can be performed of how the ruling aligns with the principles and objectives of SDG No. 16 in terms of promoting peace, justice and building solid institutions. This involves examining how the sentence contributes to guarantee access to justice, legal certainty and other fundamental rights contemplated in the objective.
