Principios pedagógicos que sustenta el desarrollo de la práctica profesional en educación básica

Abstract

Abstract: The present research has focused on the study of the pedagogical principles of the plans of the students of the Basic Education career of the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL) who are doing their pre-professional practices in the School of Basic Education Ciudad de Loja . However, of all the plans resulting from these internships during the 2022-2023 school year, only a sample of 10 plans for the subjects of mathematics and language and literature was taken. The general objective is to verify/analyze the principles underlying the micro-planning carried out by the practitioners. The observation guides were the instruments used to collect descriptive qualitative information, which was transformed into quantitative data by means of Excel matrices. For the above, evaluations were assigned on the fulfillment of the principles within the micro-plannings. Therefore, the conclusions are the result of the observation and description of the relationship between theory and practice in the teaching-learning processes implemented by university students in their professional practices.
