| Abstract: | Abstract: In this Knowledge Integration Project, Sustainable Development Goal No. 16 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions is examined in detail. The investigation carries out a doctrinal and legal analysis of the protected rights, critically addressing the ruling No. 088-17-SEP-CC issued by the Constitutional Court on March 29, 2017. This ruling arose from the extraordinary protection action presented by Darwin Aurelio Lozada Prado, alleging the violation of constitutional rights. The study presents the results, highlighting both the advantages and limitations for achieving the aforementioned objective. Likewise, questions formulated based on the variables selected in the information sheet are answered, focusing on potential improvements in the academic and professional environment of the future lawyer. The research is concluded by discussing the results obtained and an in-depth analysis of the professional and academic practice in the field of criminal law and criminal procedure, in the context of Covid-19. The public policies implemented by the State are addressed in accordance with SDG No.16, and the perceptions derived from the aforementioned ruling are reflected. |
| Description: | Resumen: En este Proyecto Integrador de Saberes, se examina detalladamente el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible No. 16 Paz, Justicia e Instituciones sólidas. La investigación realiza un análisis doctrinal y jurídico de los derechos protegidos, abordando de manera crítica la sentencia No. 088-17-SEP-CC emitida por la Corte Constitucional el 29 de marzo de 2017. Dicha sentencia surgió de la acción extraordinaria de protección presentada por Darwin Aurelio Lozada Prado, alegando la vulneración de derechos constitucionales. El estudio presenta los resultados, destacando tanto las ventajas como las limitaciones para el cumplimiento del objetivo mencionado. Asimismo, se responden preguntas formuladas con base en las variables seleccionadas en la ficha informativa, focalizándose en mejoras potenciales en el entorno académico y profesional del futuro abogado. Se concluye la investigación mediante la discusión de los resultados obtenidos y un análisis profundo del ejercicio profesional y académico en el ámbito del derecho penal y procesal penal, en el contexto de la Covid-19. Se abordan las políticas públicas implementadas por el Estado en concordancia con el ODS No.16, y se reflexiona sobre las percepciones derivadas de la mencionada sentencia. |
