Abstract

Abstract: This project represents a contribution to law students in the sense that they have the ability to recognize and identify their academic preferences and link them to the Sustainable Development Goals. This link is made through the study of judgments and in the present case with Judgment No. 98-23-JH/23 issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, and which has a close relationship with SDG No. 16 which protects rights related to peace, justice and the good administration of justice. The study and analysis of this project allows us to have a practical and real approach to the protected rights of the SDG of study, and how these are related to the subject chosen by the student. Highlighting in this way the ease of understanding of academic preferences and above all allows you to consolidate your knowledge to function better in the chosen study niche.
