Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research work is to provide knowledge to Graduates of the Law degree from the Private Technical University of Loja about specific legal areas so that in the future they can direct themselves towards the branch that they are most passionate about and build a successful career in their professional life and in this way contribute to society. To solve the problem, the Sustainable Development Goals no. 16 for the case Professors Chañaral and other Municipalities vs Chile , since this objective was adjusted to the needs that were presented in the case, additionally to comply with the guidelines of the investigation, an analysis was carried out from different perspectives and areas such as doctrinal and legal. Likewise, it is necessary to mention that this research work is divided into four chapters chronologically in order to give order and coherence to the research with the objective of presenting a specific and justified case of the solution and the results obtained from it and addresses issues related to the adjusted SDG.
