| Abstract: | Abstract:Criminal Law is one of the branches of law responsible for enforcing the violated rights of each person in the area of sexual violence, homicide, among others. Legal Security is a right given by the State that guarantees each citizen that their property as well as their person will not be violated. However, as there will always be crimes and violated rights, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) were created to improve people's lives and try to have peace and prosperity. Objective number 16 aims to promote societies free from fear, any form of violence and feeling safe in their daily lives, without discrimination, criminal Law in an objective sense is defined as the set of rules that regulate Punitive Law, guaranteeing the hegemony of a Constitutional State, so its purpose is not only to classify conduct that damages legal assets but also to guarantee a Rule of Law. and Justice. Legal Security from an objective point is a set of structural characteristics that every legal system must comply with. |
| Description: | Resumen: El Derecho Penal es una de las ramas del derecho encargadas de hacer cumplir los derechos vulnerados de cada persona en el ámbito de violencia sexual, homicidio entre otros. La Seguridad Jurídica es un derecho que da el Estado que garantiza a cada ciudadano que sus bienes tanto como su persona no serán violentados. Sin embargo, como siempre existirán crímenes, derechos vulnerados, se crearon Los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) para así mejorar la vida de las personas y se intente tener paz y prosperidad. El objetivo número 16 pretende promover sociedades libres del miedo, a cualquier forma de violencia y sentirse seguras en su día a día, sin discriminación, el Derecho Penal en un sentido objetivo se lo define como el conjunto de normas que regulan el derecho Punitivo garantizando la hegemonía de un Estado Constitucional, así que su finalidad no es solo el de tipificar conductas que lesionan bienes jurídicos sino también garantizar un Estado de Derecho y Justicia.
