Abstract

Abstract: This work was conducted through research, applying the systematic method system. Prior to its development, the necessary information and data were obtained in an orderly and sequential manner to link the chosen subject matter to the analysis of the ruling, which is consistent with the sustainable development goals and the rights it protects. Thus, the selected subject, "Corporate Law," combined with objective 16 on the right that protects "Access to Quality Justice, Legal Security, Effective Judicial Protection, Participation Rights, Communication and Information, and the Right to Good Public Administration," and also applying the ruling issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador on January 3, 2018, we can determine that in our country the corresponding access to justice is applied, taking into account effective judicial protection. Although in these times there is a certain degree of distrust in the judicial system, the right of Ecuadorians to participate is evident.
