Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation is aimed at establishing the benefits provided by the Productive Development Law, compared to the microbusiness sector of the province of Loja, for which the objective was set to Establish the level of incidence of the law for productive promotion, attraction , investments and employment generation, social and governmental factors in microbusiness growth in the province of Loja during between 2019 and 2023 ; A methodology with a mixed approach was used for its development, the type of research is descriptive - analytical; The methods used will be scientific, inductive and deductive; Among the techniques used we have direct observation, documentary analysis and the survey and interview will be used as instruments; The study population will be made up of 50 microentrepreneurs and an interview will be applied. Among the most important results we have that the Law for Productive Development has increased the volume of microenterprises, but their profitability is negative, evidenced by an average net profit of -687,578.89 USD between 2019 and 2023; The majority of microentrepreneurs lack knowledge and there is high competition and social factors such as the lack of clear policies that hinder the growth and sustainability of microenterprises in Loja; concluding that although the Law has favored the creation of microbusinesses in Loja, its impact on the profitability and sustainability of the sector has been negative.
