Abstract:In the research, an analysis is made of the subject preferences and the strategic competencies that the labor market demands of future legal professionals, based on the identification of the subject of human rights, the selection of SDG 16 - Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions and the ruling of the Inter-American Court within the Case of García Ibarra and Others v. Ecuador, the study of the right to life, to personal integrity, to personal freedom is addressed. The study considered the ruling of the Inter-American Court in the Case of García Ibarra and Others v. Ecuador due to the importance of this ruling in the protection of rights, which highlights the seriousness of the practices of forced disappearance and the need for states to guarantee justice. and reparation for victims and their families; emphasizes the obligation of States to adopt preventive measures to avoid future human rights violations. This includes adequate training of security forces and the implementation of effective oversight mechanisms.
