Abstract

Abstract:The general objective of this research is to be able to know what are the factors that come together in the graduates of the law career of the Private Technical University of Loja, at the same time a general analysis of the sustainable development objectives, which have been created by the United Nations Organization in order to guarantee compliance with the 2030 agenda, in order to guarantee a better world. A specific analysis of the Sustainable Development Goal number 16, which is called peace, justice and solid institutions, was carried out in order to verify the levels of compliance at the international level and specifically in Ecuador through the National Plan. development 2024-2025. Likewise, an analysis of a ruling issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador was carried out in order to verify compliance with SDG number 16 and to demonstrate whether in Ecuador there is a solid justice system that allows guaranteeing respect for the rights of the population.
