Abstract

Abstract: The thesis titled "Academic Preferences of Law Students and Their Link to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Through the Study of Judgments" focuses on analyzing the factors that influence the inclination of Law graduates from UTPL towards specific areas of legal science. The thesis entitled "Academic preferences of law students and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals through the study of judgments" focuses on analyzing the factors that affect the inclination of graduates of the UTPL Law Degree towards specific areas of legal science. This thesis will also focus on the reasonable, logical and critical study of the Judgment in case No. 2533-16 EP of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador where the violation of rights such as the right to due process in the guarantee of motivation has been evidenced, where the Court concluded that the judicial authorities that denied the habeas corpus of the plaintiff did not provide adequate justification in their decision, the doctrinal and legal development of the rights violated and the decision adopted; all will be complemented with the analysis of Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, which seeks to prioritize, among other things, access to justice, creating effective, efficient and inclusive institutions.
