| Abstract: | Abstract: The topic of this research is Academic preferences of the students of the Faculty of Law and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences, seeking as a general objective to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Faculty of Law at UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal sciences and their future specialization in them. To achieve this, the systematic qualitative methodology will be applied, which follows a chronological order, with a socio-legal approach that presents real legal situations, analyzed through the type of projective legal research, trying to propose the evolution of the law that creates jurisprudence. . The deductive theoretical type is also applied, which deduces what is essential to explain the topic, with exegetical approaches. Screening and bibliographic review are proposed as research techniques. In this way, the existing relationship is established between the preferred matter, which is Constitutional Law, the study ruling No. 133-15-SEP-CC, issued by the Constitutional Court and the ODS, 4 which protects the rights to a quality education. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación tiene como tema Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias, buscando como objetivo general conocer los factores que confluyen en el Egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en éstas. Para lograrlo se aplicará la metodología cualitativa de tipo sistemático, que sigue un orden cronológico, con enfoque socio jurídico que presenta situaciones legales reales, analizadas mediante el tipo de investigación jurídico proyectivo, tratando de plantear la evolución del derecho que crea jurisprudencia. Se aplica también el tipo teórico deductivo que deduce lo esencial para explicar la temática, con planteamientos exegéticos. Como técnicas de investigación se plantea el fichaje y la revisión bibliográfica. De esta manera se establece la relación existente entre la asignatura de preferencia que es Derecho Constitucional, la sentencia de estudio N°133-15-SEP-CC, emitida por la Corte Constitucional y el ODS, 4 que tutela de derechos de la educación de calidad. |
