| dc.description | Resumen: This work deals with the Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program, and its objective is to understand, analyze and critically document the educational practices experienced and carried out by English teachers in training. This study dealt with the observation of classes in Practicum 1 and the instruction of classes in Practicum 2, both the observation and the instruction of classes were carried out in public educational institutions in the city of Quito to approximately 100 students who were taking English as a subject. In this work we used the observation and the qualitative approach through the systematization of practices, and as an instrument we used the observation sheets. This is done in order to generate pedagogical knowledge, improve the quality of EFL teaching and contribute to the professional development of the participants. Demonstrating that the experience obtained in this study is the result of the pedagogical learning received by us as teachers. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Este trabajo aborda el tema de la sistematización de experiencias pedagógicas en el programa de formación docente y enseñanza EFL, su objetivo es el comprender, analizar y documentar críticamente las prácticas educativas vividas y realizadas por docentes de inglés en formación. Este estudio trato sobre la observación de clases en el Practicum 1 y la instrucción de clases en el Practicum 2, tanto la observación como la instrucción de clases, fueron realizadas en instituciones educativas públicas de la ciudad de Quito a aproximadamente 100 estudiantes que recibian la materia de ingles. En este trabajo se utilizó la observación y el enfoque cualitativo mediante la sistematización de prácticas, y como un instrumento se utilizó las fichas de observación. Esto se hace con el fin de generar conocimiento pedagógico, mejorar la calidad de la enseñanza de EFL y contribuir al desarrollo profesional de los participantes. Demostrando que la experiencia obtenida en este estudio es el resultado del aprendizaje pedagogico receptado por nosotros como docentes. | es_ES |
