Estrategias pedagógicas para fomentar el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje del pasillo ecuatoriano en los estudiantes de educación general básica

Abstract

Abstract: This research addressed the issue of fostering the teaching-learning process of the pasillo through the design of a pedagogical strategy. As a Unesco Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the pasillo must be provided with spaces to ensure its knowledge, protection, and transmission to future generations. The main objective of the research was to design a methodological guide as a pedagogical strategy to foster the teaching-learning process of the pasillo among students of Basic General Education in the area of Cultural and Artistic Education. A mixed-methodology approach was proposed, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The survey and closed-ended questionnaire were used as research techniques and instruments. The questionnaire was administered to a population composed of 10 teachers and 25 Basic General Education students. The survey data were processed using descriptive statistics, which allowed for the development of tables and the corresponding data analysis. In conclusion, the research achieved cultural relevance and pedagogical effectiveness, and the direct beneficiaries were teachers, students, and the educational community.
