Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program

Abstract

Abstract: The Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program, whose general objective is to reflect on teaching practice, with the aim of creating new ways of learning and teaching. This work is based on the teaching practices, which were done in practicum 1, where classes were observed, and in practicum 2, as the main teacher at Baasic Education and Bachillerato, in a public institution located in the province of Zamora Chinchipe, in the canton of Palanda. For the implementation of the teaching practices the systematization method was used with a qualitative approach, in the same way, the technique of class observation was carried out and technical observation sheets were used as instruments. Finally, it is concluded that for the success of the classes, it is essential to implement the linguistic aspect, promote a participatory, active, dynamic classroom environment, additionally, to the use of materials, technological tools, audiolinguistic method, videos, applications, as they keep the students active and motivated, allowing them to grasp the English language in an efficient way and achieve a meaningful learning.
