Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program

Abstract

Abstract:This research, with the theme "Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program," aims in a depth analysis and understanding of the pedagogical practices carried out in different educational contexts in the city of Santo Domingo. This research seeks to strengthen the skills acquired and propose innovative strategies in the field of teaching and learning English. Applying the qualitative method, data was collected in three institutions the basic education and high school, through observation techniques in Practicum 1 and teaching practices in Practicum 2, which focused on key aspects of English teaching such as planning design, objectives, and management of the educational environment. The results show that proper methodologies implementation, strategies, and didactic resources, combined with technology, fosters the development of language teaching competences. In conclusion, this work promotes the reflection about teaching practice to achieve the effectiveness and educative quality, enhancing the search for innovative strategies to strengthen future professional roles. Likewise, it fosters the acquisition of competencies for the challenging task of adapting pedagogical techniques and acquiring tools to achieve optimal performance in the academic environment.
