Abstract

Abstract: This analysis focuses on promoting equitable, peaceful and inclusive societies in the context of Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, which is distinguished by providing clear and efficient information, guaranteeing that rights protection procedures adhere to their corresponding protocol. Through the study of sentences issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, the vulnerability is exposed in the field of the right to fair resolutions and the right to effective protection, where the personnel in charge of providing the respective follow-up to the different judicial requests omitted the deadline to the hearing call as well as the medical attention that the affected party needed. In our country, fundamental actions have been implemented to achieve the Objectives of the 2030 Agenda, strengthening the axes that make up the document through the National Plan for Good Living managed by the State.
