dc.description	Resumen: Esta investigación se lo ha realizado para conocer las preferencias que tienen los estudiantes de bachillerato del país, respecto a carreras STEAM (Ciencia, Tecnología, Ingeniería, Artes y Matemáticas). A nivel mundial se ha visto un creciente interés por este tipo de carreras y Ecuador no es la excepción. Se realizó un ensayo con los alumnos, en la cual se ha utilizado herramientas digitales, para recopilar, procesar y analizar los datos. Con los resultados obtenidos, los maestros y docentes de las diferentes instituciones podrán conocer las preferencias de la población estudiantil. Esto ayudará a determinar el nivel de aceptación de las carreras STEAM entre los bachilleres ecuatorianos, además servirá como base para diseñar estrategias que incentiven a más jóvenes a optar por este tipo de carreras. dc.description.abstract	Abstract: This research was conducted to understand the preferences of high school students in the country regarding STEAM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). Globally, there has been a growing interest in these types of careers, and Ecuador is no exception. An exercise was carried out with the students using digital tools to collect, process, and analyze the data. Based on the results, teachers and educators from various institutions will be able to understand the preferences of the student population. This will help determine the level of acceptance of STEAM careers among Ecuadorian high school students and will also serve as a basis for designing strategies to encourage more young people to pursue these types of careers.	es_ES
