Abstract

Abstract: This degree work analyzes the sentence issued by the Constitutional Court No. 2113-15-EP, focusing mainly on Objective No. 16 of the SDG, which focuses on the ease of people's access to justice and that these are promoted by the control bodies, so it is necessary to know and understand in a more systematic way the legal arguments and legal and social repercussions. The study details the background of the case, the conflicting rights and the interpretation of the rules applied by the court. The argumentative structure of the resolution is addressed, identifying the main legal bases and their relationship with the national and international regulatory framework. In addition, the impact of the judgment on jurisprudence is evaluated, as well as its influence on future judicial decisions and on the guarantee of fundamental rights. Finally, the analysis concludes with reflections on the practical implications of the resolution, highlighting its importance for the development of law and its contribution to the consolidation of a more equitable justice system.
