Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de derecho y su vinculación con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencia

Abstract

Abstract: The present research entitled: Academic preferences of students in the career of Law and its relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of sentences , has as its central theme, what is described in its title; its general objective translates into being able to identify such academic preferences in Law students of the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja; to this end, a study was executed based on the interrelation between Constitutional Law, the SDG 16 denominated: Peace, Justice and Sound Institutions and a sentence of the highest level ascribed to the chosen subject; its execution took place in the city of Loja, Ecuador, applying qualitative and descriptive methods, through techniques such as documentary review and bibliographic file; it was analyzed the Sentence No. 367-19-EP/20 of the Constitutional Court, related to the ineffective dismissal of a person in condition of double vulnerability, was analyzed. As a conclusion, it was evidenced that students value constitutional contents related to access to justice, legal security and reinforced stability, highlighting the importance of strengthening the institutions that guarantee fundamental rights.
