| Zusammenfassung: | Abstract: The research project in question is based on analyzing and understanding the influence of roof type on the external thermal behavior of Santo Domingo Square in the city of Loja, with the aim of delving into the field of sustainable architecture. It investigates how different types of roofing affect the thermal behavior of an urban space, considering the city's temperature and relative humidity changes, which are reflected in the different materials used, taking into account their color. To begin this process, it is necessary to verify the existing information, which has been collected within the Practicum 4.1 component, use different software programs to calculate the important variables within the space, and finally, generate design and construction strategies that offer a significant improvement in the site's thermal comfort. |
| Beschreibung: | Resumen:El proyecto de investigación en cuestión se basa en el hecho de analizar y comprender la influencia del tipo de cobertura en el comportamiento térmico exterior de la plaza de Santo Domingo en la ciudad de Loja, con la finalidad de adentrarse en el campo de la arquitectura sostenible. Investiga cómo diferentes tipos de cobertura afectan al comportamiento térmico de un espacio urbano, considerando los cambios de temperatura y humedad relativa de la ciudad, que se reflejan en los diferentes materiales empleados considerando el color del mismo. Para iniciar dicho proceso se debe corroborar la información previa con la que se cuenta, la cual ha sido recolectada dentro del componente de Practicum 4.1, hacer uso de diferentes softwares que permitan calcular las variables de importancia dentro del espacio y, finalmente, generar estrategias de diseño y construcción que ofrezcan una notable mejora en el confort térmico del sitio. |
