Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this project is to analyze those rights violated in ruling No. 425-18-EP/23, and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through their study. Therefore, SDG.16 PEACE, JUSTICE AND SOLID INSTITUTIONS is specifically analyzed, which guarantees rights such as access to quality justice, legal security, effective judicial protection, rights of participation, communication and information, right to good public administration. The methodology used to carry out the research is a systematic approach, since the use of information is organized and sequential, the legal doctrine used is of the deductive theory type and analytical and synthetic methods are applied to the study of sentences. As a result of this study, the violation of the guarantee enshrined in article 77(14) of the constitution was determined.
