Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the EFL Teaching Training Program

Abstract

Abstract: This work focuses on the Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences in the Teacher Training Program for English as a Foreign Language. The main objective of this study was to reflect on the positive and negative contexts of pre-professional practices. The process for carrying out this systematization involved a literature review to provide a foundation for raising awareness about the practices. The analysis consists of two levels of education: unified general basic education and high school. It also includes Practice 1, which involves classroom observations, and Practice 2, which involves teaching as lead teachers, taking into account aspects such as planning, linguistic aspects, learning management, and methodology. A qualitative method is applied through a systematization approach, and the technique used was observation. Finally, it was concluded that there were positive aspects to the use of the English language, which made students feel comfortable using it. Furthermore, this study determined that the objectives set in class are very similar and there are no different objectives for each class taught.
