Incidencia del uso de Canva y Genially en el aprendizaje de informática en bachillerato.

Abstract

Abstract: This research arises from the idea of analyzing the impact of digital tools, especially Canva and Genially, on computer science learning among students in the third year of high school at the Sabino Eipacio Rosales Panchana Educational Unit, in the canton of Balao, province of Guayas. To carry out this work, a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional study with a descriptive design was used, applying an online questionnaire with 37 questions on a Likert scale to a total of 34 students who have worked on digital activities and projects using the aforementioned tools. The research highlights the various functionalities of the digital tools under study, adapting them to the educational needs of the students. The results obtained show percentages above 70% agreement, also considering the comprehensive planning of the digital tools Canva and Genially, the development of skills, and the creation of digital material. It is concluded that systematic use promotes meaningful learning, such as motivation and a positive attitude toward learning the subject of computer science.
