Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencia

Abstract

Abstract: This research analyzes the relationship between the academic preferences of law students and the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 17, through the study of judicial rulings as a learning and legal reflection strategy. The purpose of this work is to understand how the analysis of decisions issued by judicial bodies contributes to strengthening critical thinking, normative interpretation, and the professional training of future lawyers, linking university learning with real social and legal problems. Documentary research and legal analysis methods were used for the development of the study, supported by techniques such as note-taking, review of bibliographic sources, and the study of a ruling related to the possible violation of the right to effective judicial protection recognized in Article 75 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. The results show that the analysis of judgments allows for a better understanding of the functioning of the judicial system and promotes the integration of the principles of the 2030 Agenda into academic training.
