Optimización del proceso de envasado manual de la bebida Hidrela mediante el análisis de riesgo operacional y cuantificación estadística de producto no conforme

Abstract:The objective of the present study focuses on the optimization of the manual bottling process of the Hidrela beverage through operational risk analysis and the statistical quantification of nonconforming product, using the methodological structure of the PHVA continuous improvement cycle (Plan Do Check Act), aligned with quality management under ISO 9001:2015. In the first planning stage, aspects related to the initial diagnosis of the process are addressed through the development of the process map, process characterization, design of the bottling flow diagram, quantification of the operational risk level, and measurement of nonconforming product. In the second phase, corresponding to the Do stage, a preliminary time analysis is structured, training is provided for the implementation of the operational diagram, and a visual quality control tool is implemented. In the third verification stage, based on the implemented actions, the achieved improvements are quantified, resulting in a 22% reduction in operational time compared to the preliminary time and a reduction of nonconforming product from 33% to 4% in the production line, thereby achieving the process target. In the fourth action stage, according to the implementation results, the plant layout design and the planning of future improvement actions are established.
