Abstract: The analysis of Judgment No. 17230-2024-04440 in the area of ​​Civil Law, at a professional level, exercises the ability to construct logical arguments, identify premises, inferences, and possible counterarguments. Likewise, it allows one to learn to extract relevant information from the facts and understand how they relate to legal norms; that is, it helps us identify the determining elements for the resolution of the judgment. It also helps us develop the ability to grasp the interpretation made by a court and compare it with other doctrinal interpretations; that is, it allows us to evaluate the soundness of the arguments, clarity, and coherence. Additionally, this work will serve as an example of methodology, problem statement, fact gathering, normative analysis, legal foundations, and practical applications. On a personal level, through the analysis of the ruling, we can develop critical reasoning and logical thinking. It will also allow you to develop reading skills and complex comprehension, improve your ability to understand dense texts, extract key ideas, and synthesize relevant information. By understanding how disputes and solutions are structured, you can communicate better, seek agreements, and avoid escalation.
