Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to evaluate the impact of automation on the logistics processes of the Santa Rosa Heavy Transport Cooperative by implementing a basic digital system based on Google Forms and Google Sheets to optimize costs, reduce operating times, and improve service quality. The research was conducted using a quantitative and descriptive methodology, employing surveys, direct observation, and analysis of historical records to identify the main limitations. The results showed that problems such as delivery delays, manual data handling, deficiencies in route control, and difficulty in cargo traceability require solutions. As a proposal, a basic digital system was developed using Google Forms and Google Sheets to automate the recording and tracking of logistics operations. This system contributes to improved operational efficiency, minimizes administrative errors, and strengthens the organization, leading to better decision-making. The study concludes that logistics automation contributed to improved control and efficiency.
