dc.descriptionResumen:El presente proyecto investigativo es denominado Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias analizando los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible ODS adoptada por los 193 Estados miembros de las Naciones Unidas. El objetivo general es conocer los factores que confluyen en el Egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja. La investigación fue ejecutada por medio del estudio de la jurisprudencia de la sentencia 1357-23-EP/26 emitida por la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador por la vulneración del derecho a la seguridad jurídica. Se utilizó el método sistemático y exegético que son técnicas de investigación que enfoca un análisis documental, fichaje y análisis jurisprudencial. Se aplicaron instrumentos que sirvieron para el desarrollo de fichas bibliográficas, sentencia y un análisis jurídico. Los resultados fueron dispuestos en razón del estudio de un caso de fijación de pensión alimenticia que escaló a instancias constitucionales debido a que se limitó el ejercicio del derecho de alimentos que afectó el interés superior del niño.es_ES
dc.description.abstractAbstract: This research project is titled "Academic Preferences of Law Students and Their Link to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the Study of Court Rulings," analyzing the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the 193 member states of the United Nations. The general objective is to identify the factors shaping graduates of the Law program at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja. The research was conducted through an analysis of the jurisprudence regarding ruling 1357-23-EP/26, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador concerning a violation of the right to legal certainty. Systematic and exegetical methods were employed research techniques focusing on document analysis, data recording, and the analysis of case law. Instruments were used to compile bibliographic records, summarize the ruling, and conduct a legal analysis. The results were derived from the study of a child support case that escalated to the constitutional level because the exercise of the right to support was restricted, thereby affecting the best interests of the child.es_ES
