Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: This research project is titled "Academic Preferences of Law Students and Their Link to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the Study of Court Rulings," analyzing the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the 193 member states of the United Nations. The general objective is to identify the factors shaping graduates of the Law program at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja. The research was conducted through an analysis of the jurisprudence regarding ruling 1357-23-EP/26, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador concerning a violation of the right to legal certainty. Systematic and exegetical methods were employed research techniques focusing on document analysis, data recording, and the analysis of case law. Instruments were used to compile bibliographic records, summarize the ruling, and conduct a legal analysis. The results were derived from the study of a child support case that escalated to the constitutional level because the exercise of the right to support was restricted, thereby affecting the best interests of the child.
