| Abstract: | Abstract: The primary purpose of this study, titled *Systematization of Pedagogical Experience in the English as a Foreign Language Teacher Training Program*, is to analyze and critically reflect upon the pedagogical experiences gained through classroom observation and actual English teaching in educational institutions. The study aims to reflect on observed lessons and my own teaching practices, evaluate progress throughout the practicum, and strengthen the competencies and skills required to become a successful English language teaching professional. To achieve this, the systematization process involved observing and teaching 20 lessons at the primary and secondary education levels; each lesson was described and analyzed based on four distinct aspects planning, linguistic elements, learning management, and methodology while highlighting positive and negative points worthy of discussion. Finally, the results revealed that insufficient use of the target language and traditional teaching methodologies limit students' opportunities for effective communication, whereas the integration of varied strategies and resources fostered greater classroom engagement and participation. |
